Coloring has so many wonderful health benefits not to mention it's just an enjoyable thing to do. You can do it when you are stressed or anxious, you can do it when you are calm and happy. Coloring makes a great group activity as well.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
Because we use VERY thick paper you can use any method you love to color or paint these. This allows the artist to be creative, try new coloring medians, and even possibly learn something new. Blending colors, mixing paint with marker, or using different pressures on the crayon or pencil will all give a different feel and look to your artwork. It's very rewarding and FUN!
*Some ideas we have for medians are crayons, ANY type of markers including Alcohol-based (this Sharpies and Copic's), colored pencils, soft pastels, watercolor paints, acrylic paint, tempera paint, Puff paint for a 3-D effect, and more.
